Chelchele 100g

Chelchele is a washing station that buys coffee from hundreds of very small scale farmers in the surrounding villages. Its high altitude slows plant maturation, producing smaller, very dense coffee. 

In the cup, we find a delicate super tea like coffee with a big aroma, featuring bergamot, gardenia, and some allspice. As the cup cools we get more stone fruit peach, apricot, and some plum with a touch of honey.
