Ethiopia is producing exceptional coffee this year. Our third offering from Ethiopia comes from Danche a washed process coffee produced by Habtamu Fikadu Aga. Danche is south of Yirgacheffe.
In the cup, we find stone fruit like ripe Apricot, some sweet juiciness coming from melon or pineapple, and white florals.
