When do new coffees release?

Saturdays at 11AM ET, until sold out. Sold-out coffees move to the Archive, and some return if we can source more. Join the release list to hear first.

When will my order ship?

Every bag is roasted to order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days by USPS, within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We roast soon after you order, so we cannot promise changes. DM @lumeroasters with your order number and we will do our best.

When can I brew my coffee?

Rest it at least 14 days. See the Brew Guide for more on resting, plus storage, water and our recipe.

What are Oops bags?

Coffees that missed our mark. Still good coffee, priced by lot.
