Dabaye 100g

Dabaye is a small coffee-growing community in Hambela, in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone. Local smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the washing station managed by Kedir Hassan.

The dry grounds smell of sweet berry juice. In bloom, intense florals emerge alongside bright citrus and earthy coriander. The cup is juicy, with nectarine and orange leading into a soft pear-like sweetness.
