Juliana Guevara & Wbeimar Lasso | Java 100g

Another offering from Juliana and Wbeimar; a Washed Java. The Java cultivar is a selection from an Ethiopian landrace that made its way across the world to Costa Rica and then South America.

Freshly ground we find dry aroma of guava and white wine with a depth that’s sweet. During the bloom we are reminded of rose and sour fruit candy. The taste is green apple tartness and some maple sweetness.
